Senior Product Manager - Healthcare

Some of your key responsibilities will entail:

You will be part of our Product Management team where you will be sole responsible for Product Management related to our Healthcare business unit. In this role you will:

  • autonomously seek to understand the pain points of Healthcare providers/hospital staff/health system IT departments that are relevant for RTX to respond to
  • support the commercial team in defining a Go To Market strategy that enables growth in Healthcare
  • define the Healthcare product portfolio that is required to succeed with the GTM strategy based on viable value propositions
  • drive the roadmap and life cycle for the Healthcare portfolio
  • innovate breakthrough products and services in close collaboration with R&D and our CTO office

 

We expect you to have:

  • at least 5 years of experience in a relevant Product Management position
  • experience in the Healthcare vertical ideally in a digital health, IT market segment
  • proficiency in customer-facing situations and ability to convey your messages to relevant stakeholders
  • an innate drive for understanding customers and users and using it for value-based pricing of both products and services
  • excellent communication skills, including fluent English
  • informal leadership skills to drive projects to happen on time
  • a proactive, result-oriented, outgoing, and positive mindset
  • technical flair and an interest in technology that allows you to be the connective tissue between the market and our development teams

Place of work is preferably at our headquarters in Denmark, alternatively you will work remotely from your home office. Frequent travel to the Danish HQ is expected, as well as travelling globally to face customers and partners and attend fairs.
