Product Service Specialist – Healthcare Solutions

Job description:

As a Product Service Specialist, you will join our healthcare support team, responsible for technical support to our customers – primarily hospitals, clinics, and partners. You will act as the link between users, our development department, and the sales organization, playing a key role in ensuring high quality in both operations and documentation.
Our customers are located worldwide, so it is important that you can communicate fluently in English – both spoken and written.

In this role, you will support our sales, service, and project teams by handling customer requests, technical issues, and new feature inquiries. You will maintain an overview of all ongoing support tickets and document performance to ensure world-class service delivery. You will report directly to the Customer Support Manager.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Providing technical support to customers on our healthcare systems
  • Performing basic troubleshooting (hardware, software, and network)
  • Updating and preparing technical documentation and training materials
  • Collaborating closely with R&D and product specialists to resolve complex issues
  • Ensuring that all support activities meet high standards of quality, safety, and compliance

Qualifications:

You are technically qualified in the healthcare segment. You are quality-oriented and understand complex issues.

You are a superuser in the Microsoft Office programs.
You are good at communicating both internally and with customers from all over the world, and you are service minded in the solution of your tasks. You work in a structured and independent way.
We have an open and transparent communication, creating a positive and informal work dynamic, and we expect the same from you. Candidates with experience from a similar position will be preferred.
Good knowledge of IT infrastructure is a requirement.

Additionally, you have one or several of the following skills:

  • Understanding of IT infrastructure and networking
  • General technical understanding and ability to grasp complex technical issues
  • Experience with electronics, embedded systems, or wireless communication products
  • Have experience from the healthcare sector or with suppliers to hospitals and clinics

Experience with medical equipment, support roles, or system integration within healthcare environments is a strong advantage.
